Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. You can order online by telephone or in person at our Wolverhampton store. All details are kept secure and private.
You can browse our online catalogue. There is a facility online for you to enter the Quick Finder code from the catalogue, which directs you to the product you are looking for. Type the code in the Quick Finder box found at the top right hand corner of every page. You can also use these codes to order over the telephone.

Shipping and Handling
Your goods are sent and delivered by Parcel Force courier service. We have a standard delivery of £4.95 for UK MAINLAND ONLY. Our standard deliveries can take up to 10 to 14 working days.
International Orders: Rest of World: postage will be at actual cost, and usually dispatched by Standard Airmail. The Standard Postal Rates shown above do NOT apply. Orders will be subject to Airmail regulations, and may be divided into more than one parcel to comply with weight restrictions. Airmail Shipping price is highly variable, dependent on Destination & Parcel Weight, and it is not possible to show this price at the time of ordering. A manual adjustment will made to the invoice at the time the parcel is packed, wherever additional Postal Costs are incurred. Overnight Delivery is NOT available outside UK Mainland. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee delivery time on any order being delivered outside the UK Mainland - please allow time for credit card clearance & airmail / local delivery. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible.
Please remember a signature is required for accepting parcels. If you know that there will be nobody there to accept the delivery please provide an alternative delivery address.
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any item purchased then it may be returned for a full refund less postal charge or exchanged, provided it is returned within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging unused via your local post office.
Customers are welcome to visit our store to return or exchange goods with in 14 days of receipt in its original packaging unused and with proof of purchase.
